Out of Egypt I Called My Son™ Movement

A Vision by Rev. Phyllis Ida Coachman, Founder

The Out of Egypt I Called My Son™ Movement is dedicated to truth-telling, teaching, and uncovering hidden stories of faith, history, and culture. Our mission is to explore and illuminate the heritage, lineage, and identity of Jesus through biblical accounts that trace prophecy and fulfillment, as well as history & geography.

We affirm that these events unfolded on a single, continuous landmass long before the construction of the Suez Canal, which was begun in 1859 and completed in 1869. Stretching roughly 120 miles through Egypt, the canal created an artificial waterway, but it did not alter the land's underlying geographic continuity, which remains physically connected.

Recognizing this truth restores the geographic context of scripture and corrects how later maps and colonial renaming have reshaped our understanding of the biblical world.

Through lessons, maps, science, archaeology, and creative resources, we make the past come alive- to inspire the present and shape the future.
